Jason Leff

As a licensed Strata Manager, Rental Property Manager, and Realtor, I bring a uniquely comprehensive approach to strata management, backed by over 15 years of experience in high-end custom home building and renovation. My background includes multi-million-dollar projects from design through to completion, equipping me with a deep understanding of construction, contract oversight, and long-term asset planning. 

I currently manage a diverse portfolio that includes condominiums, townhomes, bare land developments, sectioned strata corporations, and mixed-use buildings — ranging from brand new developments to complex properties over 40 years old. This breadth of experience allows me to anticipate challenges, identify efficiencies, and apply tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each community. 

I am known for my diligence, attention to detail, and responsive communication. My theatre background has made me a confident and effective public speaker, capable of facilitating meetings and navigating complex council dynamics with clarity and professionalism. I take pride in being a creative problem solver, able to find practical, balanced solutions even in challenging situations.

 Outside of work, I volunteer as a youth hockey coach and serve on the board of directors for the Victoria Minor Hockey Association — a reflection of my ongoing commitment to leadership and community.
